I view even minor concerns as important and take personal responsibility in developing customer satisfaction. As you could imagine, I receive mail from all over. What will always put a smile on my face are all the letters and photos mailed in stating how satisfied Jenny-Capp customers are. Jenny-Capp products draw a customer base that is young and mature and of all races. I especially enjoy making all the different diverse caps that represent all the cultures for their special occasions.
