Made in the USA

The Jenny-Capp company has been manufacturing head garments since 1991. The company was started in Oakland, CA, where the main office remains today.

The main office houses industrial garment manufacturing equipment and office space. Roughly 10% of the company’s distribution originates from Oakland. The remainder originates from production facilities in Melrose Park, IL.

We currently distribute over ten thousand head garments per week . Full capacity in our Melrose Park
and Oakland facilities exceeds thirty thousand units per week.

Fabric and materials used are sourced in United States, with 95% of the fabric purchased from New Jersey. The remainder is purchased from San Francisco and Los Angeles, California.

Equipment used in the production of our products is ISO 9000 approved.

Whenever possible Jenny-Capp transacts all PO’s and Invoices via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). This is primarily dependent on the retailer’s requirements. We conduct EDI transactions for 30% of our purchase orders and invoices.

We provide merchandise primarily for national retail chains and special label manufacturing.
